Synopsis
Join us for a new play reading! The 2027 Dee Silver, M.D. Commission is a joint project with Cygnet Theatre and the Iowa Playwrights Workshop.
This commission aims to engage a playwright in crafting a play that offers fresh perspectives on our current times. We seek stories that illuminate moments of strength and hope, aiming to enrich the national theatrical repertoire with narratives that foster empathy and connection.
A free public reading will take place on January 15, 2027 in the Dottie Studio Theater at 7pm at Cygnet Theatre.

ViewThere is plentiful parking in Arts District Liberty Station. The closest lot to our box office is the lot on Truxtun Rd between the Chapel and Vons.
There is a drop off area located on Truxton Rd across from The Lot near our North entrance.
