Synopsis
This is the showbiz story of all stories. Applause is the Tony Award-winning musical with a book by Betty Comden and Adoph Green, lyrics by Lee Adams, and music by Charles Strouse. The musical is based on the 1950 film All About Eve. An earnest, respectful understudy, endears herself to a Broadway actress and then engineers a way to go on in place of the star and steal all of the thunder. The musical adaptation team is top flight: Strouse (wrote Annie) with Adams wrote Bye Bye Birdie. Comden and Green also wrote many hits for stage and screen including the class ic Singin’ in the Rain. Great story, wonderful score.

The Group RepParking instructions
ViewWe have a parking lot on site that holds about 10 vehicles.
If that lot is full, there is plenty of street parking on Cleon, the side street just west of the theatre. As you come East on Burbank, you'll cross over Vineland. Just after that, take a right on the street before the theatre (Cleon). That entire street is open parking and just steps away from our front door.
