Synopsis
A two-person live-looped new musical Book, Music, and Lyrics by Brian Quijada and Nygel D. RobinsonDirected by David MendizábalPresented by arrangement with P3 Productions and Audible
A little-known chapter of American history becomes the most exhilarating musical event of the season. Inspired by the Underground Railroad that led thousands of enslaved people across the Rio Grande to freedom in Mexico, The New York Times Critic’s Pick pulses with hip-hop, breathtaking music, and bold bilingual storytelling. Don’t miss the show that the Los Angeles Times says “reenergizes the American musical.”
